Jack is a partner at The Burns Law Firm. His practice focuses on general civil litigation, including representation of plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, unlawful detained, and contractual disputes. Jack also offers legal representation in domestic relations cases and probate administration. Jack is licensed in Arkansas state courts as well as the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Arkansas.

Jack graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a B.A. in History. He received his J.D. from the William H. Bowen School of Law and graduated with Honors. While in law school, Jack was a member of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. He received a number of Top Paper awards, participated in Moot Court, and is a member of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity.
